Telephone Service Fees:
Brief phone calls (appointment checks, updates, etc.) are not billed/charged.
We have confidential voice mail available around the clock.
Your messages will be returned as quickly as possible - generally the same day, occasionally the next day.
Please remember to leave your name and return call number on messages.
Incoming or returned phone calls more than 7 ½ minutes will be billed to the nearest full quarter hour.
Current fees are $22.50 per quarter hour (15 minutes) for telephone services.
Most insurances do not cover telephone services.
Telephone counseling services may be contracted for and scheduled in advance like regular office appointments (there is a one-time $45.00 fee to set this up).
