We prefer to spend our time helping you, not billing you.

There will be a fee for providing/sending billing statements or invoices. (This includes preparation of insurance billing statements - we will still send statements to any contracted third-party payers for no charge. The first invoice for speaking engagements will be free, but on second notices the billing fee will apply.)

The billing statement fee is $5.00 per statement issued.
